Expands the NJ Statewide Student Support Services program to include eating disorder awareness, prevention, and counseling services for K-12 students

Requires the 15 regional hubs contracted with the Department of Children and Families to conduct community-based needs assessments on available eating disorder treatment and prevention services

Regional hubs must develop policies and procedures for delivering eating disorder services through the existing three-tiered system: Tier 1 (universal supports like workshops), Tier 2 (targeted small-group interventions), and Tier 3 (brief individualized clinical interventions)

Assessments must be conducted in consultation with each hub's Advisory Group to determine whether students are currently receiving adequate eating disorder-related services

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment
