Directs the Commissioner of Health to conduct a study on racial disparities in ovarian cancer, examining effects, rates, risk factors, symptoms, and outcomes among women of different racial and ethnic groups

Study must include but is not limited to Asian, African-American, Caucasian, Hispanic, Native American, and Pacific Islander populations

Commissioner must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature within one year of enactment

Bill takes effect immediately and expires automatically upon submission of the required report
