Requires county prosecutors to collect and report data to the Attorney General on crimes involving firearm use that did not result in bodily injury, including juvenile offenses

Requires quarterly reporting to the Attorney General for three years, beginning January 1 following the bill's enactment

Directs the Attorney General to compile a final report after three years and submit it to the Governor and Legislature, with publication on the Department of Law and Public Safety website

Applies to all criminal complaints regardless of whether cases are prosecuted, dismissed, or downgraded
