Establishes a three-year School Supervisor Mentorship Pilot Program to support first-year school supervisors in public schools, charter schools, and renaissance schools through a one-year mentoring cycle

Requires the Commissioner of Education to partner with a nonprofit organization with expertise in school leader mentoring to administer the program based on Professional Standards for Educational Leaders

Selected novice supervisors will be assigned mentors and must complete a minimum of 15 hours of mentoring throughout the school year plus additional professional learning opportunities

Program participants will be selected from northern, central, and southern regions of New Jersey, with representation from urban, suburban, and rural areas

Appropriates $500,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Education to implement the program, with a final report required on effectiveness and recommendations for continuation
