Appropriates $60 million from constitutionally dedicated corporation business tax revenues to the Department of Environmental Protection for development of State lands for recreation and conservation purposes under the "Preserve New Jersey Act"

$9.187 million of the appropriation comes from interest earnings on the dedicated corporation business tax revenues

Largest allocations include $13.5 million for recreational development, $10 million for health and life safety projects, $7 million for historic structure stabilization and repairs, and $5.5 million for building repairs and renovations

Additional funding designated for camping/cabin programs ($4.5 million), sanitary facilities ($4.7 million), dam inspections/repairs ($2.153 million), bridge repairs ($2.153 million), and road repairs ($2 million)

Appropriates an additional $50.813 million from the General Fund to the "Preserve New Jersey Green Acres Fund" and allows the department to reallocate funds among projects with approval from the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting
