Department of Labor and Workforce Development must create and maintain a list of industry-valued credentials that identifies specific certifications, degrees, diplomas, and certificates most sought after by New Jersey employers

The credential list must be based on analysis of state labor market data and direct feedback from employers across the state

The list must be updated annually and published both as a viewable list and downloadable document on the department's website

The law takes effect 90 days after enactment, with the Commissioner authorized to take preparatory administrative actions before that date
