Amends New Jersey's arbitration law to limit enforcement of arbitration agreements between consumers and businesses when applied to disputes unrelated to the original contract terms

Arbitration clauses will be invalid if the dispute is unrelated to the contract and would otherwise fail under standard contract defenses at law or in equity

Applies only to arbitration agreements issued, executed, or renewed on or after the effective date

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
