Authorizes plenary winery, farm winery, and out-of-State winery license holders to sell wine by the glass for on-premises consumption in their licensed salesrooms, in addition to existing rights to sell by the bottle and offer samples

Defines "by the glass" as selling an individual portion of wine, or wine mixed with nonalcoholic beverages, in an open container

Restricts by-the-glass sales to salesrooms that are not located on restaurant premises

Applies to wineries operating up to 15 off-site salesrooms (16 for out-of-State wineries), each licensed at $250 per location

Amends R.S.33:1-10 governing Class A alcohol manufacturing licenses and takes effect immediately
