Requires training modules developed by the Department of Health covering physiological and psychological aspects of menopause, available treatments (including hormone therapy), health risks (cardiovascular, osteoporosis, mental health), and patient communication strategies

Makes training available in multiple formats including online courses, webinars, workshops, and in-person seminars to accommodate varied schedules

Directs the Department of Health to partner with medical schools and nursing schools to integrate menopause education into curricula, and to promote awareness of training programs through medical associations and healthcare networks

Establishes an advisory committee to monitor training program effectiveness and make recommendations for public health measures and further research on menopause
