Requires all health insurance plans in New Jersey to cover medically necessary treatments for women diagnosed with perimenopause and menopause, including hormone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormones, and non-hormonal medications

Mandates coverage for behavioral health services, pelvic floor physical therapy, bone health treatments (screenings and medications), and menopause management counseling

Requires coverage of preventive services rated "A" or "B" by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force for conditions related to perimenopause and menopause, including osteoporosis and cancer screening

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health maintenance organizations, individual and group health policies, small employer plans, State Health Benefits Program, and School Employees' Health Benefits Program

Takes effect 90 days after enactment for most plans, with individual health benefits plans effective January 1, 2027; insurers must provide clear information to covered persons about available menopause-related benefits
