Courts retain authority to amend trust terms regarding the portion of payments going to the trust as circumstances change, and to appoint a special fiduciary if the trustee fails to act in good faith

Parties to the action recommend the trustee appointment, and the trustee must administer the trust solely in the best interests of the beneficiaries under New Jersey's Uniform Trust Code
