Designates June of each year as "LGBTQIA+ Pride Month" in New Jersey to recognize members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and nonbinary

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation calling upon public officials and citizens to observe the month with appropriate activities and programs

Supplements Title 36 of the Revised Statutes (which governs legal holidays and commemorative observances)

Responds to federal executive orders that have paused diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and special observances at federal agencies, including Pride Month recognition
