New Jersey Transit Corporation would be prohibited from displaying or maintaining advertisements that promote casino games, sports pools, or internet gambling, unless the ads promote prevention, education, and treatment programs for compulsive gamblers

Advertisements promoting tobacco or tobacco-related products would be banned from NJT facilities and vehicles

Advertisements for vapor products, including e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, vape pens, and e-hookahs, would also be prohibited

"Vapor product" is defined broadly to include any device delivering aerosolized or vaporized substances, including components, accessories, and substances regardless of nicotine content, but excludes FDA-approved drugs and devices

The bill takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment, with NJT required to adopt implementing rules and regulations
