Requires health insurance carriers in New Jersey to cover organ donation costs without any cost-sharing for insured individuals who have been declared dead under the state's Declaration of Death Act

Coverage applies when the deceased insured was registered as an organ donor through the state's organ donor registry

Coverage also applies when a representative of the deceased (such as a spouse, adult child, sibling, or legal guardian) decides to donate the deceased's organs

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month after enactment and applies to health benefits plans issued or renewed after the effective date
