Allows individuals 18 and older, emancipated minors, or authorized representatives to execute a voluntary nonopioid directive stating that opioids may not be administered or prescribed to them

Requires the Department of Health to develop a standard form for the directive and publicize information about the program through social media and other means

Permits revocation of the directive at any time, either orally or in writing, by the individual or their authorized representative

Does not prevent opioids from being prescribed or administered if deemed medically necessary by a health care professional

Grants immunity from civil, criminal, and disciplinary liability to health care professionals and facilities who act in good faith to comply with or inadvertently violate a nonopioid directive
