Establishes age-based work hour limits: minors 6-8 years old may work up to 4 hours on school days and 6 hours on non-school days; minors 9-15 years old up to 5 hours on school days and 7 hours on non-school days; minors 16-17 years old up to 6 hours on school days and 9 hours on non-school days

Requires employers to provide tutors for minors who miss school, with 3 hours of instruction per missed school day starting from the third missed day, and allows minors to choose additional tutoring hours

Extends permissible working hours to between 5:00 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. on any day preceding a non-school day, compared to the standard 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. window

Directs the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to create a separate registration system for theatrical production permits, distinct from the general minor employment database
