Electric public utilities must file an annual report with the Board of Public Utilities by February 1 each year detailing all votes cast at PJM Interconnection meetings during the previous calendar year

Reports must include votes cast by the utility and any affiliates, meeting descriptions, agendas, and the utility's role in each meeting

Utilities must explain whether each vote supports New Jersey's goals for electricity affordability, reliability, and sustainability, as well as compliance with state clean energy and global warming response laws

The Board of Public Utilities must submit an annual summary report to the Governor and Legislature, including copies of all utility reports

"Recorded vote" includes votes tabulated individually or by industry sector, as well as proposals endorsed by acclamation when the utility was present
