Requires the Director of the Division of Taxation to launch a public awareness campaign covering six property tax relief programs: ANCHOR, Homestead Property Tax Reimbursement (Senior Freeze), Stay NJ, disabled veterans exemption, veterans deduction, and senior/disabled deduction

Mandates the campaign provide information on eligibility requirements, application processes, documentation deadlines, and available resources through both electronic and print media including radio, television, newspapers, and social media

Requires establishment of a call center with real-time assistance for navigating the Division of Taxation website, submitting applications, checking application status, and resolving issues for all covered property tax relief programs

Call center services must be provided in English and the three most commonly spoken languages in New Jersey besides English

Requires the Stay NJ Task Force to submit an annual report by March 31 each year detailing applications processed, payments made, total program costs, and recommendations for legislative, regulatory, or system improvements for the ANCHOR, Senior Freeze, and Stay NJ programs
