Extends the pause on collecting new student growth objective (SGO) data and administrator goals data for teachers, principals, assistant principals, and vice-principals beyond the 2024-2025 school year until the next expiration and readoption of N.J.A.C.6A:10 regulations

Requires first-year employees, educators without pre-existing SGO or administrator goals records, and non-tenured educators to continue setting and collecting SGO or administrator goals data during the pause period

Allows tenured educators not required to complete annual SGOs or administrator goals to voluntarily complete new ones for a given year by notifying their supervisor and principal in writing by September 30

Exempts educators eligible to attain tenure on or before February 15 from setting new SGOs or administrator goals for that school year, using existing data instead for evaluations

Requires school districts to implement new SGO and administrator goals data collection guidelines beginning in the first full school year following the readoption of N.J.A.C.6A:10, based on findings from the New Jersey Educator Evaluation Review Task Force
