Used motor vehicle dealers operating within multi-dealer locations must maintain at least four business hours per week, Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Either the licensee or an authorized signatory must be personally present at the established place of business during those required business hours.

A multi-dealer representative must be physically present at the location Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and does not need to be an authorized signatory for any specific dealer.

"Multi-dealer location" is defined as a single structure containing multiple office spaces where separate businesses operate used motor vehicle dealerships, complying with Motor Vehicle Commission regulations.
