Mandates that board decisions on nonrenewal be issued in writing, including a summary of facts and evidence, written analysis of the board's rationale, and points of agreement or disagreement with the stated reasons for nonrenewal

Prohibits board members participating remotely from turning off their video cameras during hearings, except during stated recesses

Ensures that time spent on witness presentation and examination does not count against the allotted time for the nontenured employee to argue their case directly to the board
