Division of Consumer Affairs must create, maintain, and update annually an open data portal on its website providing public access to non-confidential statistical datasets

Required datasets include aggregate counts of license/registration/certification applications, average processing times, active license counts, license population by county, exam pass/fail rates, and consumer complaint counts with response times

Portal must allow users to sort data by professional or occupational board and by license type, and provide year-by-year comparisons

All datasets must comply with the Open Public Records Act and applicable state and federal privacy and information security laws

Takes effect on the first day of the ninth month following enactment
