Establishes the Office of Labor Law Enforcement within the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to oversee, evaluate, and coordinate enforcement of state labor laws, including wage and hour laws, unemployment compensation, temporary disability benefits, and workers' compensation

Requires the Attorney General, upon request from the Commissioner of Labor, to assign deputy attorneys general to represent the department in labor law violation proceedings, with these attorneys co-located at department facilities

Mandates an annual public report detailing enforcement activities, personnel counts and costs, penalties collected, and recommendations for staffing changes, which the Governor must consider in developing the state budget

Directs all fines and penalties collected under state labor laws to be applied toward enforcement and administration costs, including expenses of the new office

Targets violations including wage theft, employee misclassification, false statements by employers, and failure to pay required premiums, contributions, or taxes under labor laws
