Establishes a three-year Integrated Domestic Violence Court pilot program in Superior Courts in Camden, Essex, Hudson, and Middlesex counties, administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts

Allows courts to refer domestic violence cases to the IDV Court when they also involve divorce, child custody, family court matters, related criminal offenses, juvenile offenses, or restraining order applications and violations

Requires judges assigned to the IDV Court to have extensive knowledge of domestic violence law, family law, criminal procedure, and criminal sentencing

Mandates the Administrative Office of the Courts to submit reports evaluating the pilot program's effectiveness at 12 months and within six months after expiration, with recommendations on whether to continue or expand the program

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month after enactment and expires three years after the effective date
