Upgrades the crime of threatening a judicial officer, prosecutor, or their immediate family members from a third degree to a second degree offense, and to a first degree offense if committed within 500 feet of the victim's home, with mandatory imprisonment presumption

Authorizes law enforcement to seize weapons, ammunition, and firearm permits from individuals convicted of threatening judicial officers or prosecutors, with court review of seized items

Creates the new crime of "doxxing" - knowingly disclosing someone's personal identifying information electronically with intent to cause violence, stalking, or mental anguish, punishable as a fourth degree crime (or third degree if serious injury or stalking results)

Expands protections for covered persons (judicial officers, law enforcement, prosecutors, child protective investigators) by criminalizing repeated communications, deliveries, or patterns of conduct using improperly obtained personal information to harass them

Establishes that convictions for threatening judicial officers or prosecutors will result in automatic application for a permanent restraining order limiting contact between the defendant and victim
