Directs the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to conduct an 18-month feasibility study on developing advanced nuclear reactors and small modular reactors (SMRs) throughout the state

Requires the study to identify suitable deployment locations including current and former industrial sites, retired fossil fuel plants, and areas near current or former nuclear facilities

Mandates evaluation of economic viability, federal funding opportunities, safety precautions, environmental impacts, and integration with existing energy infrastructure

Requires a minimum of three public stakeholder sessions to assess public perception and environmental concerns regarding advanced reactor development

Board must submit a written report with recommendations to the Governor and Legislature, and publish findings on its website; the act expires 30 days after report submission
