Amends the FY2026 appropriations act to align Preschool Education Aid language provisions with pending legislation (Senate Bill No. 3910 and Assembly Bill No. 5717) that modifies how preschool aid is allocated

Revises how school districts may use unspent Preschool Education Aid funds from prior years, replacing specific transportation cost provisions with broader purposes defined in the pending early childhood education legislation

Allocates up to $10,000,000 from Preschool Education Aid for preschool expansion grants to districts and for workforce preparation, training, and other ancillary needs related to preschool expansion

Updates requirements for administering grant funds to mixed-delivery preschool programs by deferring to the standards and procedures established in the pending companion legislation

Requires the Departments of Education, Children and Families, and Human Services to maintain and annually update website lists of State-funded preschool districts, eligible providers, and Head Start programs according to timelines set in the pending legislation rather than the previous April 1st deadline
