Expands farm brewery license privileges to allow sales of malt alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption in addition to the existing off-premises consumption allowance

Farm breweries are currently limited to brewing up to 2,500 barrels (31 fluid gallons each) per year and selling products only for off-premises consumption, plus offering samples not exceeding 1.5 ounces

License fees remain graduated based on production volume: $100 for fewer than 100 barrels/year, $200 for 100-1,199 barrels/year, and $300 for 1,200-2,500 barrels/year

Farm breweries must be located on land exclusively controlled by the licensee, who must be actively engaged in farming on or adjacent to the brewery premises with beverages substantially produced from on-site ingredients

Food sales and restaurant operations remain prohibited on farm brewery licensed premises
