Requires public and private 18-hole regulation golf courses open to the general public to acquire and maintain at least one automated external defibrillator (AED) within one year of the act's effective date

Excludes 9-hole courses, executive courses, par-3 courses, driving ranges, and miniature golf facilities from the requirements

Mandates golf course owners/operators to arrange and pay for CPR and AED training, and ensure at least one certified employee is on-site during normal business hours

Establishes civil penalties of at least $250 for first violations, $500 for second violations, and $1,000 for third and subsequent violations

Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for golf courses when a properly maintained and tested AED malfunctions
