Codifies the Bringing Veterans Home Initiative, originally launched on Veterans' Day 2024, as a permanent program within the Office of Homelessness Prevention under the Department of Community Affairs

Establishes six regional hubs across New Jersey to accelerate housing outcomes for homeless or unhoused veterans in each region

Requires creation of a standardized referral form to be published on both the Office of Homelessness Prevention and Department of Veterans Affairs websites

Directs the program to utilize state data on veteran homelessness to identify areas of need and connect veterans with existing benefits programs including the Homeless Prevention Program and Work First New Jersey emergency assistance

Takes effect on the first day of the sixth month following enactment, with the Commissioner of Community Affairs required to adopt implementing rules and regulations
