Establishes the New Jersey Workplace Skills Savings Program allowing employees age 18+ who live or work in New Jersey to open individual job training savings accounts

Employees can contribute up to $1,000 annually to their account, with the State providing a dollar-for-dollar match up to the $1,000 maximum

Account funds may be used for apprenticeships, licensing exams, certification fees, retraining programs, vocational/technical school courses, community college job training, and union training programs

Appropriates $25 million from the General Fund to the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to operate the program and provide matching funds

Takes effect January 1, 2027, with annual reporting requirements on enrollee numbers, deposits, matching funds distributed, and training expenses approved
