Requires the Attorney General to review and revise the statewide policy on human trafficking investigations, currently governed by Law Enforcement Directive No. 2012-2

Directs consideration of whether audio or video recording during undercover human trafficking investigations would protect investigation integrity and ensure proper treatment of victims

Requires development of strict policies for dissemination of any recordings used to protect trafficking victims' privacy

Mandates consideration of involving county prosecutors from the beginning of human trafficking investigations conducted by county or municipal law enforcement

Responds to recommendations from the October 2024 New Jersey State Commission of Investigation report on human trafficking in the massage and bodywork therapy industry
