Increases county surrogate fees across numerous categories, including raising probate of will applications from $100 to $150, general administration from $125 to $175, and short certificates from $5 to $10

Establishes new standardized fee categories including "Common Charges that Apply Uniformly" with a $5 page fee and $50 qualification fee for fiduciaries such as executors, administrators, guardians, and trustees

Creates new fee structures for Superior Court proceedings, setting complaint filing fees at $250 or the Chancery Division General Equity rate (whichever is greater), and adoption complaints at $300

Adds fees for services not previously specified, including $50 for adjournment requests, $15 per name for record searches, $300 for preparing a record on appeal, and $20 to retrieve off-site files

Repeals several existing statutory sections (N.J.S.22A:2-14 through 2-16, 2-31, and 2-33 through 2-35) to consolidate surrogate fee provisions under the amended statute
