Requires health insurance carriers to cover one annual wellness visit per plan year or calendar year for members over three years of age without imposing any waiting period.

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group health insurance policies, small employer health benefits plans, and health maintenance organizations.

Amends P.L.2019, c.360, which established coverage requirements for preventive services rated "A" or "B" by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, recommended immunizations, and HRSA-supported screenings for children, adolescents, and women.

Clarifies that carriers must cover only one wellness visit annually but cannot delay coverage through waiting period requirements.
