Increases the mailed notice requirement for certain ordinance hearings (such as those involving local improvements, street vacations, or special assessments) from one week to 21 days prior to final consideration

Applies the 21-day notice requirement to hearings on master plan adoption, revision, or amendment, including notices to adjoining municipalities, county planning boards, the Office of Planning Advocacy, and military facility commanders

Requires 21-day advance notice for hearings on zoning ordinance amendments that change district classifications or boundaries, with notices sent to affected property owners within 200 feet of the district

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
