Codifies into statute two existing regulatory overtime exemptions: employees in seasonal amusement occupations, and skilled mechanics at auto dealerships or repair shops who are paid on flat/incentive rates with a guaranteed contractual hourly rate including overtime

Removes the provision allowing full-time students employed by their college or university to be paid only 85% of minimum wage, requiring them to receive the full minimum wage
