Vehicles with loads extending above the height of the sides, tail gate, or rear of the vehicle body must travel in the right lane of public highways, except when entering or exiting from a left-lane entrance or exit

Motor-drawn vehicles (trailers, semitrailers, or any vehicle drawn by a motor vehicle) and towed vehicles must also use the right lane under the same conditions

Violations are punishable by a fine of up to $500

The bill takes effect on the first day of the fourth month after enactment
