Requires New Jersey higher education institutions to collect and report employment outcomes and earnings data for graduates from the three most recent academic years on their websites

Employment data must include full-time employment rates in field-related and any jobs one year after graduation, graduate program enrollment rates, and salary information

All employment data must be disaggregated by race, ethnicity, age, family income at admission, gender, and first-generation status

Institutions must conduct annual employment surveys of graduates beginning in the first full academic year after enactment and maintain data on websites for four years

Amends the existing "New Jersey College Student and Parent Consumer Information Act" which already requires public disclosure of attendance costs, graduation rates, and faculty information
