Creates the Office for Women's Advancement within the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to facilitate full and equal participation of women in New Jersey's workplace

Directs the office to gather and analyze data on women's workforce status, including hiring practices, workplace culture, work-family balance, gender pay gap, and workforce gender composition by industry

Requires collaboration with the New Jersey Advisory Commission on the Status of Women and the Council on Gender Parity in Labor and Education to address issues disproportionately affecting women

Authorizes the office to review legislation and regulations on gender equity, make policy recommendations, and educate the public through reports, conferences, and symposia

Establishes the "Women's Advancement Fund" in the Department of the Treasury as a dedicated revolving fund, with authority to accept federal funds, foundation grants, and private donations
