Allows public school boards of education to use security categorical aid funding received under the School Funding Reform Act of 2008 to hire school security personnel

Amends the "Secure Schools for All Children Act" to explicitly specify that security services provided to nonpublic schools may include hiring school security personnel

Codifies into law the current Department of Education guidance that already permits hiring security guards as an acceptable security expenditure

Applies to both public school districts and nonpublic schools located within those districts
