Requires the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and South Jersey Transportation Authority to include customer choice of automatic replenishment amounts in any new or renewed electronic toll collection contracts

Customers must be given the option to select from multiple pre-determined automatic replenishment amounts or to set their own custom amount for their E-ZPass accounts

Customers must be able to change their automatic replenishment amount at any time

Both authorities must publish information about these replenishment options on their websites

The bill does not affect existing contracts already in effect at the time of enactment
