Eliminates the requirement for licensed dentists to obtain separate $2.00 branch office registration certificates for each location where they practice beyond their primary registered address

Requires dentists to list all locations where they provide dental services on their initial license application and annual registration renewal forms, in a format determined by the Board of Dentistry

Exempts from location reporting requirements: hospitals or institutions where dentists volunteer without compensation, and locations where dentists provide services to homebound patients

Replaces outdated newspaper advertising requirements (3 newspapers in Trenton, Camden, and Newark) with a requirement to post annual registration notices on the Division of Consumer Affairs website between September 1 and October 1

Applies to individuals receiving initial licensure or renewing, reinstating, or reactivating their license after the bill's effective date
