Establishes the "Joint Legislative Statesmanship Task Force" comprising 12 legislators (6 Senators and 6 Assembly members, evenly split between majority and minority parties) to promote civility among K-12 students statewide

Task force members will annually visit schools across New Jersey to discuss core values of civility, respectful engagement, and productive dialogue even during disagreements

Legislators will share personal examples of bipartisan cooperation, civil conflict resolution, and working across political party lines to achieve legislative outcomes

School visits must include a cross-section of elementary, middle, and high schools in urban, suburban, and rural areas across the northern, central, and southern regions of the state

Discussions will cover demonstrating mutual respect in verbal, nonverbal, written, and digital communications
