Reconstitutes the Joint Committee on Economic Justice and Equal Employment Opportunity, originally created by the 216th Legislature and previously reconstituted in the 218th, 219th, and 220th Legislatures

Committee consists of 10 legislative members: 4 nominated by Senate President, 4 by Assembly Speaker, 1 by Senate Minority Leader, and 1 by Assembly Minority Leader

Authorizes the committee to conduct ongoing studies of economic justice and equal employment opportunity issues in New Jersey

Empowers the committee to hold hearings throughout the state during legislative sessions or recesses

Committee must report findings to the Legislature on a routine basis and may issue additional reports as deemed necessary
