Declares New Jersey a "Purple Heart State" to honor military service members who have received the Purple Heart Medal for being wounded or killed while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces

Recognizes New Jersey's connection to the Purple Heart Trail, a symbolic network of roads, highways, bridges, and monuments honoring Purple Heart recipients that exists in 45 states

Notes that the Purple Heart Trail was originally established by resolution during the 1992 Military Order of the Purple Heart convention held in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Makes New Jersey the fourth state to receive this designation, joining West Virginia, Virginia, and Washington as declared Purple Heart States
