Urges the United States Congress to continue progress toward creating the National Museum of the American Latino as part of the Smithsonian Institution

Notes that Congress passed the National Museum of the American Latino Act in 2020 with bipartisan support, with intent for the museum to be located on or near the National Mall in Washington D.C.

Recognizes that approximately 60 million American Latinos represent the largest ethnic minority in the U.S. and are projected to comprise 25% of the population by 2060

Acknowledges that while national museums exist for African-Americans and Native Americans, there is no national museum wholly dedicated to American Latinos

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, Vice President, congressional leadership, and all New Jersey members of Congress
