Designates July 30 of each year as "Clarence 'Coach C' Collins Day" in New Jersey to honor the late Jersey City youth mentor and community activist

Clarence Collins served 13 years as the first full-time At-Risk Youth Mentor at University Academy Charter High School at New Jersey City University, developing workshops on academic excellence, employment, and personal success

Collins also worked with the Jersey City Department of Recreation, reforming hiring processes to connect youth from across the city with internship opportunities

As a community activist, he established the Woodlawn Avenue Block Association and hosted an annual Father's Day dinner that grew from 20 to 60 attendees, providing positive role modeling for young men without fathers at home

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation recognizing this commemorative day
