Commemorates the 1860 "Battle of Pine Swamp" where Timbuctoo residents successfully defended Perry Simmons against slave catcher George Alberti's raiding party

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the New Jersey Black Heritage Trail Advisory Committee, Timbuctoo Advisory Committee, and Timbuctoo Historical Society
