Designates the Monday of Manufacturing Week (first week of October) as Women in Manufacturing Day in New Jersey to recognize women's contributions to the state's manufacturing industry

Amends P.L.2020, J.R.5, which established Manufacturing Week, to add the Women in Manufacturing Day designation

Notes that women comprise one-third of the manufacturing workforce and hold 25% of leadership positions in manufacturing companies

Recognizes New Jersey as the third highest state for percentage of women working in manufacturing, with strong representation in pharmaceuticals and textiles

Requests the Governor to issue an annual proclamation calling on officials, organizations, and citizens to observe both Manufacturing Week and Women in Manufacturing Day with appropriate events and activities
