Designates the last week of April each year as "Reentry Week" in New Jersey to raise awareness about challenges faced by formerly incarcerated individuals

Encourages organizations and State agencies to support efforts providing assistance and resources to people transitioning from incarceration back into communities

Authorizes the Governor to issue an annual proclamation calling on public officials and citizens to observe the week with appropriate activities and programs

Recognizes the work of the New Jersey Reentry Services Commission, which issued 100 action steps in 2019 focused on addiction treatment, healthcare, legal issues, and employment training for released individuals

Acknowledges the Commission on Reentry Services for Women, which released over 70 recommendations in 2020 addressing employment, healthcare, housing, family reunification, and domestic violence for women leaving incarceration
